This project focused on delivering a build that aligned with the owners’ vision using modern building techniques and thoughtful design. Preserving the view was a top priority, achieved by cantilevering the roof to remove the need for obstructive posts. The design incorporated features inspired by the owners’ travels, including curved walls that define spaces and create distinct themes while maintaining overall integration throughout the home.
A rooftop deck was added late in the project, enhancing the functionality and providing panoramic views. A custom-built spiral staircase was designed and constructed to provide access, combining practicality with architectural precision. This project successfully balanced innovative solutions with the owners’ design preferences.
